The PVL-353 VHS-C format
camcorder. This format gives you the convenience of being able to play back the
tape in your standard VHS (Video Home System) VCR with the optional VHS playpak
adapter.
With this tape format there is no need to connect cables from the camcorder to
the TV or VCR, just pop the VHS compact cassette into the VHS playpak adapter
and play in the VCR. It features a 2.5" LCD Monitor that rotates 270 degrees.

Equipped with an optical zoom that magnifies the image up to 20x by increasing
the focal length of the lens, this feature acts like a telescope to produce
close-up shots with extraordinary clarity. With the 700x digital zoom you will
be able to bring the objects up to 700x closer by electronically magnifying
the images.
- Digital Electronic Image
Stabilization
Panasonic invented the Digital EIS to compensate the unintentional hand and
camcorder movement to stabilize your recordings.
- Full Size Video Head
Cylinder
You can expect outstanding picture quality in your recordings since the Video
head cylinder in the camcorder is the same size as the cylinder in the
Panasonic's VHS VCRs.
- 2.5-inch LCD Color Monitor
Provides excellent viewing clarity in full vivid colors. Rotates 270 degrees,
allowing you to hold the camcorder at many different angles. A built-in
speaker for playback with sound.
- AccuBrite Built In Auto
Light
Functions according to brightness conditions. The main benefit is improved
picture quality in facial color when shooting in low light levels.
- Motion Sensor
This camcorder is equipped with Motion Sensor that can be used for a simple
home security device. The camcorder will start recording within seconds of the
detection of movement and stop 30 seconds after motion ceases. The date and
time are automatically recorded on the tape.
- 2-Second Quick Zoom
Lets you rapidly switch from wide angle to telephoto zoom.
- Programmed Recording
Allows you to start and stop recording for either 10,20, 30 minutes or until
the tape ends
