• If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you have 14 days to return, however the warranty card should be blank, and call for a Return Authorization Number.
• All Returns most be with signature delivery requested other wise we will not be responsible for lost packages.
• Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• Some kits do not necessarily contain lenses from the manufacturer of the camera.
• There is a 15% restocking fee on return merchandise.
• We are not responsible for typog/raphical errors.
• U.S.A. warranty may be additional.
• If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address at which you receive your monthly credit card statement), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

• If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them.
we will not be responsible for any damages or loss which occurs during shipping, every package is fully insured through the carrier service and the customer needs to collect through carrier.
• All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition.
• Customs, duties, and VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer for all items shipped overseas.
